William B. Fraser, PE Chief Executive Officer

Bill Fraser has over 30 years of design and construction experience. Since 1993 Bill has been a member of the Board of Directors and part of Carlson’s Executive Management team. Mr. Fraser had broad responsibility for the enterprise. The company grew from 40 employees and $30,000,000 annual revenues to a high of over 750 employees and $380,000,000 revenue. Market experience includes mission critical, commercial, industrial, manufacturing, food processing, health and education markets.

He brings to the Carlson team experience in all phases of contracting, design and design/build activities including sales, engineering, operations, planning, estimating, management of staff, design, strategic planning, establishing financial plans and budgets.

John L. Watts, President

John Watts has over 28 years of design and construction experience with Carlson. For the last 14 years John has provided leadership and executive management for the operations of Carlson. John has experience in securing and delivering programs and projects which includes negotiated fee, competitive bid fee, competitive hard bid, general contracting, construction management (with and without risk), design only and design/build methods. Market experience includes mission critical, commercial, industrial, manufacturing, food processing, healthcare, and education markets.

He brings to the team experience in all phases of the contracting, design and design/build industries including sales, marketing, operation, planning, estimating, management of staff, design, claims avoidance, strategic planning, establishing financial plans and budgets, and complete P&L responsibility.

Tom Ryan, Director of Sales and Marketing

Tom Ryan has over 30 years of design and construction experience. Since 1999 Tom has been a Principal at Carlson. Mr. Ryan has had broad responsibility for the enterprise including, Business Development and Client Relations. In this role Tom is responsible for maintaining ongoing customer relationships as well as developing new long-term clients. Market experience includes mission critical, commercial office, industrial, healthcare, residential, institutional and education markets.

Sean Suzuki, Director of Operations

Sean is responsible for day to day operations of Carlson projects including the supervision and coordination of assigned design and construction activities - manpower management and subcontractor personnel, expedition of field operations, maintenance of quality control, management of material usage and enforcement of safety controls. Sean’s experience includes mission critical, commercial, industrial, manufacturing, , healthcare, and education markets.

Jeanne-Marie Pate – Controller

Jeanne-Marie has 10 years of experience working with Carlson as its Controller. She brings extensive experience to the firm with her background in Finance and Administration. Prior to joining Carlson Jeanne-Marie has served in the capacity of Controller at Nexus Development Corp.

Joe Huebner – Director of Business Development

Joe has an extensive career in business development in related computer driven fields and has deep knowledge in the development of Mission Critical Facilities. He has worked with major Data Center and Colocation providers during their formative years and has close relationships with many of their key individuals in the mission critical industry. He is responsible for maintaining ongoing customer relationships as well as developing new long-term clients.
